Q: What do you love most about the company culture at Singular?
Our CEO always says this when he comes on a business trip to Korea: “Korean customers are really smart. Thank you so much for allowing me to work with smart customers.”

In fact, as a middleman in the market, we receive a lot of requests. Singular's team is ready to hear the customer's voice and is driving actual improvements to the product.

The Android fake install verification technology provided by Singular is a product that is valued by more than 80% of our Korean customers. Thank you so much to our Korean customers for coming up with this product idea.

Q: How do you set a positive example and maintain a positive environment in your workplace?

Each member of the startup has more than one role, and we share some roles together. The same is true for our Korean team.

Start-ups need continuous growth, but they can't hire people all the time because of their project-oriented work. Whenever there is a project-related task, I volunteer to work on it. Singular employees are all sympathetic to this environment, and it is common practice for us to help each other on project-related tasks.

I think that these team members' minds can come together to create a good environment for Singular.

Q: What are the common challenges women face today in the world of ad tech?
One of the reasons I considered moving from a gaming company to the ad-tech industry was equity in opportunity and desire for performance. The ad-tech industry is also led by men, but our industry is giving everyone a chance to get on the rocket. I think every woman in this industry is a woman who loves challenges. Share your thoughts with others!

"Every company needs more women who can confidently achieve results and drive innovation!"

Q: What constitutes an accomplishment for you?

Sales is one of the inseparable positions of growth. Before I joined Singular, I worked as a monetization manager at AdColony. The biggest accomplishment is the fact that the developer we met in AdColony has become our customer again after joining Singular, and that the number of SMB-sized customers has increased.

Singular Korean business is growing every year thanks to good teams and good customers. I'd like to say thank you so much to those who helped me.

Q: If you could start a charity, what would it be?
I would like to support the elderly who have no economic power and the elderly who live alone.

Q: What does true leadership mean to you?

"I think leadership is the ability to meet expectations."

Q: What kind of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I started playing golf 3 years ago and I am addicted to it. I’m just a beginner who hits a 90-100 score. I'm practicing hard after work to get to 90-under within this year. If any of the people who are reading this post like golf, please feel free to contact me!

Q: What are your three most overused apps?
Stock App – Since Corona 19, stocks have been popular in Korea. I often use the stock app for investment.

Today's Home – Today's Home is an application that provides users' interior references and sells home furnishing products. I am planning to move in a month, so I am getting many ideas about interior design through Today's House.

U+ Golf – Korea is in the middle of a golf season. One of my hobbies is watching golf broadcasts every weekend. I use U+ Golf because I can watch the games I want to watch on mobile right away and support individual relaying of players.

Q: What would you like to tell your 13 years old self?
Study hard. Learn Engineering.
