They are motivated by a passion for games and to make people happier and happier by playing games. It's important to highlight that we have amazing minds in Marketing, Development, Production, Design, and all that matters to Gazeus is to be good at what we do. Gender is just gender.
Q: What are the latest marketing trends that could affect our industry?
The deprecation of Apple's IDFA is, for sure, one of the most important changes in the Monetization/Marketing Industry.
It's all uncertain for now. But it's important to make sure you'll be compliant with it and also taking advantage of all tech support the AdNetworks and Account Managers can give you, whether updating the SDK or just chatting to understand their thoughts and expectations.
Q: What are the common challenges women face today in the world of ad tech?
I'm probably an exception, but I'm happy to say I've never faced any kind of prejudice in the tech industry for being a woman. I'm also proud to say that I've worked with many powerful and inspiring women throughout my career. Unfortunately, we still hear stories of bright women that are judged for being a woman instead of professional criteria.
The most important thing, in AdTech or in any other industry, and for any professional, is to know about what you are doing, to be clear, and show the results.
"Results should always speak louder than any gender preconceptions."
Q: What advice would you give to new entrants? If you like it, try hard to be the best professional you can be. Be involved. Never stop studying. This is an amazing industry, and you can be part of it!
Q: What do you think is the key to success in mobile marketing?
Don't settle. Never be too complacent or totally satisfied with what you have. Try to be more and better. Be curious, read, talk to people. In my opinion, it's the key to success in Marketing or any other area.
I won the Brazilian Equestrian Championship in my category when I was around 10 years old.
I spent my childhood and a good part of my teenage years riding horses and going to Horse Jumping competitions! I simply love it and miss it a lot.
That's hard! I'd bring a boat, a camping tent and a knife! And let's see if the survival reality TV shows taught me something! Ha-ha.
Q: What is the best advice that you have ever received?
It's ok to be afraid to do something new, but it's not ok to give up doing something new because you're afraid.
Q: What is your most overused app?
Not sure about this, but I'd easily say WhatsApp, Instagram, and Spotify.
