“More and more women are getting into this industry and achieving outstanding results, proving a lot of restrictions and stereotypes exist only inside our minds. And these women, yesterday's newcomers, can become inspirational leaders and role models to others.”

Q: What’s the best part about working at IQ Option?
What I especially love about IQ Option is the friendly atmosphere and the corporate culture, which inspires you to become a better version of yourself, constantly push the boundaries and deliver ‘WOW’ results. The company strongly encourages personal development. This is a place where you face challenging tasks - challenging in a good way - and this is what makes working here so exciting. New ideas and initiatives are always welcome

Q: What are the most important skills a User Acquisition Manager should have?
As a User Acquisition Manager, you should not be afraid to try something new, react quickly to market changes, and be able to work with large amounts of data. Data is everything in UA. Be patient, manage your time effectively by setting clear goals and assigning priorities, always be ready to learn new things.

Q: What/who inspired you to pursue this career?
An interest in marketing in general and a desire to learn more. After taking some basic marketing courses back at the university, I felt like this is the area where I would like to develop as a professional, so after graduation, I decided to look for a job in this field. Later on, I've found myself in mobile media buying; it was a completely new world to me. I was curious and excited about everything: analyzing traffic, optimizing campaigns, testing new creatives and approaches. I think I am lucky that I came for a job interview at IQ Option and I am grateful to the people who supported me in my wish to develop in this field.

Q: What are the common challenges women face today in the world of tech?
In my opinion, a lack of female role models is one of the main reasons why some women do not seriously consider making a career in tech and choose other fields. Tech is often perceived as a difficult and highly competitive sphere, where women are not welcome. However, sometimes we tend to overthink, cling to outdated views, and thus limit ourselves and let the fear of failure define our choices. Women just need to believe in themselves a little bit more and not allow other people’s assumptions to stop them from trying things. There is a big chance it will turn out less scary and harsh than you thought.

More and more women are getting into this industry and achieving outstanding results, proving a lot of restrictions and stereotypes exist only inside our minds. And these women, yesterday's newcomers, can become inspirational leaders and role models to others. I believe that soon, gender imbalance in tech will be smoothed, as modern companies understand diversity is a must-have for being competitive and successful, and they value employees regardless of their gender.

Q: What do you think are the greatest challenges mobile marketers will face in 1-2 years?
While marketers are trying to create personalized ads and get the most out of the targeting options they have to acquire potential users, new privacy features keep popping up. As a result of limited tracking, analyzing the data and calculating returns on ad spend becomes problematic.

More and more sophisticated fraud schemes are another big issue that mobile marketers are likely to face in the future.

Q: What books are at your bedside?
‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ by Robert T. Kiyosaki, ‘Why We Sleep’ by Matthew Walker, ‘Flow. The Psychology of Optimal Experience’ by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.

Q: What’s something you can never leave home without?
Mobile phone, wallet, keys, and the right mindset.

Q: What is your most overused app?
All kind of messengers, it’s hard to know which one I use most: WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram.

Q: What is your favorite vacation destination?
Balkan countries, such as Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, are just perfect for vacation. Nature, people, food - everything there appeals to me and makes me feel like home, even though I was not born there. I really would like to visit Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina one day.
