We are excited to continue our insights series featuring Aarki employees who shine during the month. Catherine Jia, Client Services Associate at Aarki excelled in her work this month, thanks to her dedicated efforts and commitment.

Catherine joined Aarki less than a year ago and during this period the team was continually impressed by the incredible results she had produced! With her joyful and enthusiastic character, she lights up a room and brings a sense of peace and joy to everyone.
To get to know more about Catherine’s personality, we asked her several questions.
Q: What do you love most about the company culture at Aarki?
The Aarki team is multicultural and highly inclusive. 
Q: What is your proudest moment at Aarki?
It’s so honorable when I received the message saying that I am the employee of this month. I am very excited!
Q: What do you think is the most important thing/skill to bridge the trust gap between you and your clients?
"The most important thing is to be proactive."
It will make clients feel our attitude. But lots of skills can help to build friendly relationships with clients, just like communication skills, sincerity, professionalism, accuracy, and many more.
Q: If you had one superpower, what would it be?
That’s a good question. I asked myself a long time ago. I wish I could travel through time and space. I am very interested in history so I could witness each dynasty’s historical event with my own eyes.
Q: If you could have 3 wishes granted, what would they be?
World peace, back to normal life ASAP, and health.
Q: What keeps you busy outside work?
I love desserts very much so I spend a lot of time on bread baking. Other than that, in my spare time, in order to keep healthy, I do some yoga.
