Aarki Celebrates Women’s Month with the Women in Mobile Community

Women in Mobile by Aarki is an initiative that focuses on elevating the voices of the impactful and innovative women in the mobile industry. We feature many of the top adtech leaders around the globe to share their views on the latest trends and to raise awareness about the stance of women leaders in our community.

Last March 25th, we gathered some of the top women adtech leaders in the mobile industry to celebrate our first Women In Mobile event. It was a night of cocktails and conversations as these women leaders shared their insights and experiences on working in the mobile industry, how they connect virtually, and balance life and work during these times.

The highlight of our successful event was the intimate roundtable discussion where we all shared our experiences in working in the mobile industry. Moderated by two of Aarki’s women leaders, Kim Carlson and Kim Aquino, it covered how networking has changed as we continue to work from home, the initiatives each company has taken to fostering diversity and empowerment, and how we balance life and work.

We were excited to see many of our Women In Mobile features, including Rachael O'Meara of Google, Linda Ouyang of Fyber, Krystle Eseller of Glu Mobile, Sabrina Chen of Skillz, raise their voices and continue to inspire the community.

With the help of Fancy Sips, a women-led company that holds virtual mixology classes, we had a fun cocktail making activity where everyone created some tasty drinks to enjoy.

The successful event inspired us to continue bringing together women leaders in the mobile industry from around the globe. Keep an eye out for our next Women In Mobile event!
