We are excited to announce the start of a new insights series featuring Aarki employees who have excelled in their work during the month. Olivia Stephens, Customer Success Manager at Aarki, is in this month’s spotlight for her considerable efforts and dedication.
“Aarki's Client Services is a better team because of Olivia,” said Kristina Kern, Director of Client Services - NA & EMEA at Aarki. “Through her guidance and good, honest genuineness, partners find Olivia to be their trusted go-to manager when it comes to strategy and growth. Olivia studies product updates and her accounts, and she shows her work at meetings. Her grit and dedication have helped grow key US accounts in less than a year. Olivia deserves this accolade and recognition.”
Olivia joined the Aarki team in January with a strong passion for relationship building and client service and was thrilled to immerse herself in the mobile ad space. She stands out for her outstanding coordination of high-level events, for being instrumental in budget growth, and for her consistent and proactive approach to managing client relationships.
To get to know Olivia better and find out more about her worldview and goals we asked her some questions.
Q: What are the 3 main tips to bridge the communication gap between you and clients?
Be proactive, be concise, and show up with your genuine self every day.
Q: How do you champion a new idea or strategy in your workplace?
I believe in myself and what I’m advocating for. I try to strive for the “less is more” approach in my pitch. There is strength in brevity.
Q: What keeps you busy outside work?
I spend a lot of time outdoors with my partner and my high energy dog, a Husky-Pitbull mix. Beyond that I love focusing on my health with biking, yoga classes, and cooking at home.
Q: What’s the coolest thing you have done recently?
A few months ago I completed (for the second time) a hike that’s ranked one of the most dangerous hikes in the US. It’s a hike in Utah’s Zion National Park called Angel’s Landing. It is definitely terrifying, but exhilarating and I would do it again (for a third time!).
Q: If you could have a meal with anyone (living or dead), who would you like to invite the most?
I’d really like to hang out with Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson. What a guy.
Q: If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
I’d want to own and manage a dog sanctuary for dogs rescued from high-kill shelters.
We are happy to have Olivia in our team as a vivid example that challenges are merely new opportunities that contribute to success and to the achievement of new goals.
