We are excited to continue our insights series featuring Aarki employees who went above and beyond in their work during the month. Francis Calderon, Client Services Associate at Aarki, is in this month’s spotlight for his continuous efforts and world-class client service.

Francis joined the Aarki team with positive energy and enthusiasm for client service and relationship building. He succeeded in gaining the respect and trust of clients, as his comprehensive and professional approach helps them effortlessly manage their campaigns.
To acknowledge his contributions and to learn more about his viewpoints and goals we asked him several questions.
Q: What keeps you busy outside work?
I have always believed that I am a catalyst for change in many ways. One of my most valued activities outside work is organizing outreach programs such as free medical-dental-optical services for the community, especially for the less fortunate. I have been making this possible through the collective efforts of my service fraternity.
Q: How would you describe your day job to a child?
In front of the clients, I represent the company. In front of the company, I represent the client.
Q: What is the most important tip to bridge the communication gap between you and clients?
Ensure that there is a good relationship between you and your clients, and make sure that all information delivered is accurate. Further, all technicalities are simplified when relayed to the client so that they are easily understood.
Q: What are the three things you can’t live without?
Mobile phone, laptop, toothbrush :)

Jumping off cliffs in Cebu and Siquijor (Must-visit places in the Philippines)
