  • What is your role at Aarki?
    I’m Susan, marketing analyst at Aarki. I manage Aarki’s social media channels and blog. As mobile advertising is a constantly changing and fast-paced industry, my role is to keep up with its dynamic rhythm and provide content that is fresh, engaging, and informative.
  • What originally drew you to Aarki? 
    I learned about Aarki from a former employee and joining this company was a decision that I will never regret. I am glad to be a part of it.
  • What has been the most important innovation you have witnessed at Aarki?
    The transformation from being a mobile creative technology provider to a powerful unified creative and programmatic media buying platform delivering superior app marketing performance.
  • What sorts of industry trends do you see?
    Surely the future of mobile app advertising is programmatic and it will continue to be a buzzword in the coming years. The most revolutionary aspect of this technology is that it allows advertisers to serve a specific ad to particular audiences real-time, giving the opportunity to spend their app marketing budget on the right users. With continuous development in machine learning technologies combined with creative optimization and personalization, programmatic campaigns will unceasingly provide app marketers with high quality installs and strong ROI.
  • What do you think will be Aarki’s biggest opportunity in 5 years?
    Due to its unique and innovative approach, Aarki Encore will continue to be a powerful platform delivering engaging and relevant creatives to the right audience segments, providing the app marketers with high quality users.
  • What is your proudest moment at Aarki?
    It’s when the content that we work on reaches our target readers and positively affects negotiations.

  • How would you describe Aarki's culture?
    Aarki is a place where people with different personalities gather to create something new, sophisticated, and impressive. The best thing is that we can learn anything from our colleagues, from mobile advertising, to world history, or how car engines work. :)
  • What is your personal philosophy?
    Life's what you make of it. So, be smart to make it pretty.
  • How would you describe the best place you’ve travelled to?
    It’s definitely Llucalcari - a tiny village in Mallorca, Spain. Rocks, beach, and serenity.
  • What are the three things you can’t live without?
    Family, motivation, and sun.
  • What books are at your bedside?
    I just finished reading “Never Let me Go” by Kazuo Ishiguro. The title may seem too “girlish” but it’s not :)

  • If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?
    Did you know that there is a long-standing myth that Antarctic penguins flip over at the sound of a passing plane, unable to correct themselves? Back in 1982, British pilots in the Falklands allegedly observed the phenomenon. A special person had to be employed to turn the birds right-side-up after they fell, otherwise they would not survive. I would like to be that person supposedly for a day. It would be unbelievably incredible!
  • What is an ability you wish you had?
    Mind-reading, definitely.
  • You’d like to be famous for?
    I would like to be a drummer like Chris Slade and to perform on stage with AC/DC.
  • You’re happiest when?
    When I am with my family.
